Cave Spring Cellars Review
On Jordan's Main Street, Cave Spring is one of the leading wine producers in Canada, with Ontario's oldest wine cellars, in operation since 1871. Go for the Riesling, chardonnay, and ice wine. It shares ownership with Inn on the Twenty and On the Twenty restaurant (next door) and produces custom blends for the latter.
