Centro Restaurant and Lounge
Centro Restaurant and Lounge Review
Showpiece chandeliers and 28-foot ceilings with pillars of cream suede complement the brown-suede chairs in this drop-dead gorgeous, 138-seater with attitude. The New American cuisine encompasses Italian, French, Asian—but not on one plate. Try pastas such as gnocchi with lemon, Parmesan and spinach, or bucatini pasta with duck ragout. Mains are simple elegant, like rainbow trout with sunchoke and green butter, and Atlantic cod with citrus and honey. Desserts and cheeses are divine. A downstairs lounge has buzz, its own small, less-expensive menu ($$), and live music weekends.
