EDO

EDO Review

Aficionados of Japanese food may have to stop themselves from ordering everything on the menu. Even the uninitiated are mesmerized by the intriguing dishes here, including plates of black Cod marinated in saikyomiso sauce, dynamite roll with giant shrimp and dynamite sauce, and miso-glazed eggplant. If soft-shell crab is on the menu, it's a worthy choice. The chef is an artist with sushi and sashimi, but if you can't decide, the kitchen menus give you a balanced and exciting array of dishes.
