Queen Margherita Pizza Review
One of the newest and best pizza places in town, Queen Margherita is all about authenticity. Inside this small space with dark wooden floors and tables, the Neapolitan pizza oven, hauled in by crane prior to restaurant opening, churns out daily selections like Margherita pizza made simply, with just tomato sauce, mozzarella, and basil; burrata, of just burrata cheese and tomato sauce; and Calabrese, made with tomato sauce, mozzarella, Italian sausage, and hot peppers. Each pizza is cooked quickly at an ultra-high heat to give it that beautifully blistering crust. Request a table in the bright loft upstairs for more comfortable seating.
