Clamdiggers Beach House and Restaurant

Clamdiggers Beach House and Restaurant Review

In theory you could come here and just gorge on the waterfront restaurant's namesake bivalves: imagine starting with soft-shell steamers before moving on to a generous platter of whole, hand-breaded fried clams served with PEI fries and house-made coleslaw. But if you did you'd miss out on the fresh crab cakes...and the seafood stew...and the seared halibut. There are lots of options for meat lovers too. All of the above can be enjoyed either inside the bright, beach house-style dining room or outside on a deck that sits a mere 8 m (26 ft) from Cardigan Bay.
