Just opposite the National Assembly, the spacious Hilton rises from the shadow of Parliament Hill. The lobby, which can be busy at times, has a bar and an open-air restaurant. The standard, modern rooms have tall windows; those on upper floors have fine views of Vieux-Québec. The hotel is connected to the convention center and a mall, Place Québec, which has 10 shops and a food court. If you stay on an executive floor, you get a free continental breakfast and an open bar from 5 PM to 10:30 PM.
