BJM Danse Montréal
BJM Danse Montréal Review
Formerly known as Les Ballets Jazz de Montréal, the company changed its name to BJM Danse to reflect the shifting scope of their repertoire over the last decade. Under Artistic Director Luc Robitaille, the troupe is now more contemporary than jazz, fusing music and visual arts with extraordinary technique. Performances are held at Place des Arts and Agora de la Danse, and there are free shows at Théâtre de Verdure in Parc Lafontaine during the summer months.
