Le Commensal

Le Commensal Review

At this upscale cafeteria you serve yourself from an outstanding informal vegetarian buffet and then grab a table in the vast dining room, where brick walls and decorative plants create an inviting setting. Plates are weighed to determine the price, but a maximum price policy pegs the top charge at $12.95 for lunch and $15.95 for dinner, not counting desserts, soups, or beverages. Hot and cold dishes, all health-conscious in some way, include stir-fry tofu and ratatouille with couscous, seitan, pizza, hazelnut cake, sugar pie, and fruitcake.
