Hôtel Delta Québec Review
Opposite the Parliament Buildings, this hotel, part of a Canadian chain, has standard and business-class rooms, and the latter come with continental breakfast and nightly appetizers and drinks on executive floors. Concrete hallways and a rather dreary lobby are less than appealing, but the rooms are large and have been modernized with the Delta's famous "sanctuary bed" and fresh green marble in the bathrooms. There's also a health club beside the heated outdoor pool. The hotel occupies the first 12 floors of a tall office complex next to the convention center; views of Old City are limited to the higher floors.
