L'Astral Review
A spectacular view of Québec City is the chief attraction at this revolving restaurant atop the Hôtel Loews Le Concorde. Guests can sink into olive-green leather chairs and gaze up at the sky painted on the ceiling. Chef Jean-Claude Crouzet makes use of local products, including fillet of pork from the Beauce region, or Barbarie duck with polenta and rosemary. L'Astral offers a Sunday brunch served with a mimosa for C$39. Watch for the annual food festivals that enliven the menu.
