Fodor's Review:
Bordering Greektown and Little India, this is an irresistible (air-conditioned) Victorian home a 30-minute walk from the neighborhood waterfront. Friendly host Teri McIver, who hails from Ireland, relishes opening her century-old home to travelers from around the world. The Blue Room has a balcony, fireplace, and two double beds. The Gold Room is traditionally furnished with a queen-size bed, wooden headboard, and matching side tables. Pros: lower rates for long-term stays, inexpensive dormitory beds (from C$25), nearby community center with free Internet. Cons: transit a must to downtown core, faces competition from other B&Bs in better neighborhoods with more rooms.
