Fodor's Review:

These large student residences, on the non-smoking Ryerson campus, consist of two adjacent buildings with single-occupancy, dormitory-style guest rooms available to nonstudents during the summer months (early May -- late August). In Pitman, bathroom and kitchen facilities are shared and Continental breakfast is included. Rooms in the International Centre have en-suite baths and cable television, but no breakfast. The central location and inexpensive prices make these rooms a hard deal to beat. Pros: free local calls, 24-hour security. Cons: no frills, noisy at times, Internet charge after first night.

  • Hotel Details: Pitman Hall, 550 rooms without bath; International Living Learning Centre, 252 rooms
  • In-room: kitchen (some), no TV (some).
  • In-hotel: restaurant, laundry facilities, Internet terminal, parking (paid), no-smoking rooms.
  • Credit Cards: AE, MC, V
  • Closed: Closed Sept.-Apr.
  • Metro: Dundas
