Beaches, Kitsilano
Fodor's Review:
To the west of the south end of the Burrard Bridge, this is the city's busiest beach -- in-line skaters, volleyball games, and sleek young people are ever present. Facilities include a playground, restaurant and concession stand, and tennis courts. Kitsilano Pool is also here: at 137 meters (445 feet), it's the longest pool in Canada and one of the few heated saltwater pools in the world.
