Service is gracious and attentive at this friendly boutique hotel that is also one of Whistler's best values in the luxury range of hotels. Tucked in a quiet part of the village, the spacious rooms are beautifully decorated with soft neutrals, custom-made cherrywood furnishings, original art, and granite countertops. All units have balconies and fireplaces, and there's a shuttle to whisk guests to the nearby slopes. The full-service spa is among Whistler's most exotic, with a Javanese theme and royal heritage treatments; it claims to be North America's only authentic Indonesian-style spa. Pros: Quiet rooms, excellent spa, free shuttle to the Village Gondola. Cons: Small parking spots in garage, lots of pets (and their dander) so not recommended for those with allergies.
