Among the Thai restaurants scattered around Anchorage, this is one of the best, with authentic Thai cooking and friendly service. You will find fare such as fresh rolls (a house specialty), pad thai (spicy cooked noodles with shrimp, chicken, and eggs), and tom khar gai (a flavorful soup of coconut milk, chicken, lemongrass, and ginger). Vegetarians have a number of choices, and unique Thai desserts are on the menu board. The restaurant closes at 9 PM.

From Chang Mai to Chang Mai

Fantastic food, especially the specials. They are family owned and run which is great, but sometimes a drink order or two is misplaced. They make up for it in authentic Thai hospitality. I've been to Thailand and this is the most authentic food I've tasted in the U.S.
