A new building offers beachfront panoramic views out at Lowell Point and access to its own private beach. Two rooms—Low Tide is downstairs and High Tide is upstairs—come with 9-foot ceilings, fireplaces, and walk-in tiled showers. Soothing earth tones round out the experience. Proprietor Alison also runs Chugach Mountain Massage and Yoga (907/362-2321) on-site.
