Inn at Whittier Review

This first-class luxury hotel sits right on the water overlooking the harbor. Among the shanties and harbor boats, the three-story inn stands like a lighthouse and offers a warm welcome. Half of the rooms offer fantastic views of Whittier's majestic mountain; the rest, for a slightly higher price, overlook the water and the mountains across the bay. The junior suite offers a great view of the bay from the privacy of your own Jacuzzi, and bi-level town houses are also available. The restaurant offers American cuisine and fresh seafood caught right there in the sound. Be sure to try the chowder and the fish-and-chips!
