Gambardella's Pasta Bella Review
Locals crowd the family-run Italian restaurant, which has earned a reputation as one of the best in town. The menu includes salads, pasta, pizza, vegetarian entrées, and submarine sandwiches on homemade bread. Its specialties are lasagna, which the Seattle Times aptly described as "the mother of all lasagnas," and the tiramisu. The two-story restaurant has outdoor seating on a balcony and at street level. It feels as close to a romantic back-alley restaurant in Italy as you can get in Interior Alaska.
