The pioneer-style front to this hotel may be misleading, as the modern rooms, some with kitchenettes, are outfitted with decidedly non-1898 amenities such as cable TV. The Bonanza Dining Room, open from breakfast to dinner, serves hearty northern specialties. They also maintain an annex, close to the river, in another old building, with slightly fewer amenities.
