This upscale restaurant is a diamond in the Valley's last bit of rough. In a town of cowboy bars and gut bombs, chef Kevin Binkley makes a world-class impression with tasting menus featuring delicate portions of such dishes as black-truffle croque madame, red-wine-braised octopus, and duck with bok choy and ginger. The menu changes daily, so be prepared for some delicious surprises. For something a little more casual and inexpensive, try Café Bink at 36899 North Tom Darlington Drive in Carefree.
