Seemingly surrounded by fine restaurants in North Scottsdale, this gem is descreetly tucked away in the Westin Kierland Resort. Designed and inspired by Douglas Rodriguez, the founder of nuevo Latin cuisine, Deseo serves the best ceviche in town. Start with the muddle bar, where you can sip an assortment of creative mojitos that go beyond a hint of mint. The menu changes seasonally, and if fish isn't your thing, you can't go wrong with the Kobe beef carpaccio or the duck a la rioja.
