Fodor's Review:
Pizzeria Bianco. Brooklyn native Chris Bianco makes pizza with a passion in this small establishment on Heritage Square. His wood-fired creations incorporate the finest and freshest ingredients (including homemade mozzarella cheese) in a brick oven imported from Italy. Bar Bianco next door is a good place to relax with a beverage while you wait for your table. Arrive a few minutes before they open at 5 PM to avoid the long wait, especially on Friday and Saturday nights.

Respected food columns as in Esquire magazine have ranked Pizzeria Bianco as the best in the entire world!! There is a reason. The long wait is a hassle but it is worth it. It is a very small place. The food is not pizza chain overload, but the best and freshest ingredients baked created to perfection and baked a few feet from your table by the master himself. Savor every bite, it is truely aweome.
