Tarbell's

$$-$$$$, Eclectic, Camelback Corridor

Fodor's Review:

Cutting-edge cuisine is the star at this sophisticated bistro. The grilled salmon glazed with a molasses-lime sauce and served on a crispy potato cake is a long-standing classic; the focaccia with red onion, Romano cheese, and roasted thyme with hummus is excellent; and imaginative designer pizzas are cooked in a wood-burning oven. Your sweet tooth won't be disappointed by Tarbell's warm, rich, chocolate cake topped with pistachio ice cream. Hardwood floors, copper accents, and a curving cherrywood and maple bar create a sleek, cosmopolitan look, favored by Biltmore golfers.
