Fodor's Review:
The Cantina serves generous portions of traditional Mexican dishes, such as burritos, enchiladas, and tamales, as well as more stylized Southwestern cooking, such as sautéed salmon breaded with blue corn, and crab cakes in jalapeño cream sauce. The bar makes great margaritas and serves 30 different kinds of beer.
