For more than 40 years, the Century Plaza has been one of L.A.'s most frequented business hotels. Rooms have large bathrooms, balconies, and stunning city views. Tech gadgets include flat screen TVs and iPod stations. The two-story lobby lounge is always busy and surveys the fully furnished outdoor terrace, inviting pool, and cabanas. Casual Cal-Med cuisine is the specialty at the hotel's contemporary restaurant, Breeze; the lunchtime sushi bar is packed with local business types.
