This restaurant in the Avalon Hotel, an eco-friendly property in a renovated 1950s apartment complex, feels straight out of the Valley of the Dolls movie. Mid-century design gives vintage appeal that blends in with the restaurant's modern Italian cuisine and Californian sensibility. Fresh food concepts are created by chef Mirko Paderno who favors seasonal ingredients. Enjoy a starter of fritto misto or a cauliflower soufflé, for dinner try the classic chicken diavolo, beef short ribs, or a risotto Milanese. Private poolside cabanas are a favorite for celebratory occasions.
