Fodor's Review:
It's easy to tap into the Sunset Strip energy here, especially since the hotel's hip steak house, BOA, is usually packed. Rooms are small, but large windows with plantation shutters and full-length mirrors help open the space up. Ask for a room facing the interior courtyard, both to avoid noise from the Strip and to overlook the heated pool area with its mosaic-tiled waterfall and striped lounge chairs. Extra touches include portable room phones that work poolside, bathrobes, nightly turndown service, CD players, and free transportation within 3 mi. Expect to pay higher rates weekends due to the Sunset Strip's fun factor.
