The service is Despicable

Upon arrival the hostess was firm when she said that she had inside seating available. It was a lovely evening and the restaurant is on the water and we felt uncomfortable when we asked if we could sit on the patio. We did sit outside with many other guests and then a lite breeze caused a large umbrella to fall on our table. When asked to have it moved our shy, nervous waitress said she wasn't sure why it was still up because it had fallen earlier as well. The umbrella was swapped out with a simliar umbrella without even an apology from the management. Drinks were forgotten more than once. But the worst was after I left I noticed that I must have left my cell phone on the table where I set it after taking a call at dinner. I arrived back at the restaurant not 10 minutes later and asked if it had been turned in. A different hostess of 70 plus years in age looked in her stand and said that no cell phone had been turned in. She said that I must have left it in my car and that her bussing staff was very honest and why would they steal my phone of any. The phone was fully charged yet when I called it from the restaurant it was turned off. We called the police but of course since the busser who bussed our table by that time went home the officer had no one to question or ask for a voluntary search. So all in all the service was horrible and the supporting staff was insultingly rude and very un-helpful.
