Chef Manion Copley prepares innovative cuisine in a setting that's straight out of Hollywood—a hacienda once owned by Cary Grant. Dine in the clubby house or under the stars in the garden. Start with appetizers such as roasted beet and warm goat cheese salad or one of the Hawaiian ahi tacos. Oh My Lobster Pot Pie is the biggest hit on an entrée menu that also includes sesame seared tofu. Save room for Copley's sweet and savory herb ice creams.
