Harbor View Grotto Review
The fish comes straight from the boat, into this casual eatery's kitchen, and onto your plate. Not surprisingly, the dining room has large windows overlooking the working harbor. Note that the white, two-story building off U.S. 101 is marked only by a neon "restaurant" sign—keep your eyes open.
