J6bar, the trendy poolside bar on the fourth floor of the Kimpton Group's swank Hotel Solamar, is a sexy spot for people-watching while sipping lemon drops or mango piña coladas, or noshing on passion fruit ceviche and kobe-beef lettuce wraps. On cool evenings you can warm up before the roaring fire pit.
