JRDN occupies the ground floor of Pacific Beach's hippest boutique hotel, Tower23, which opened in summer 2005. The contemporary lounge captures both the laid-back personality of the neighborhood and the increasingly sophisticated sensibility of San Diego, with its sleek walls of windows and expansive patio overlooking the Pacific Beach boardwalk.
