Neighborhood Review

There's no ketchup in the house—the young owners (inspired by the famous Father's Office in Los Angeles) don't want anything to mar the flavor of their perfectly seasoned burgers topped with pickled daikon or spicy Cajun sauce, and served on artisanal buns. Also highly recommended are the smoked, porter-braised beef ribs, the chorizo corn dogs, and the fennel frites with white balsamic vinegar. Wash any of it down with one of the many artisan beers such as Delirium Tremens on tap and Pliny the Elder, Belgian triple ale aged in Jim Beam casks, or wines by the glass. There's a hidden, speakeasy-style bar in the back that's open at night.
