Searsucker

Searsucker Review

The much-hyped first restaurant from Top Chef finalist Brian Malarkey opened in summer 2010 and has maintained its buzz ever since, attracting patrons with its fun urban decor and experimental dishes like swordfish with drunken cherries and beef cheeks over goat cheese dumplings. The flavor combinations are mostly successful, particularly when paired with comfort-food sides like bacon grits and grilled asparagus. Chef Malarkey adds to the lively vibe when he makes his rounds to chat with diners.
