Pizzicato Pizza Review
Almost everything at Pizzicato, an East Coast phenomenon that got its start in Portland, is made fresh daily, from the dough for the gourmet pizzas to the salads. Lunchtime brings panini stuffed with Tuscan meatballs, as well as grilled vegetable salads and lunch specials for under $8. Popular pizzas include the four-cheese with sausage and mushrooms; a Thai-style pizza with shrimp, peanut sauce, and roasted sweet peppers; and the molto carne with prosciutto, pepperoni, and Italian sausage.
