Fodor's Review:
A tiny storefront dining room, a talented chef, and a heated, candlelighted patio -- Isa has all the trappings of a great night out whether it's the first date or the fiftieth. The menu of French-inspired tapas changes seasonally but regularly offers such crowd-pleasers as seared foie gras, crispy pan-roasted chicken with herbs, and potato-wrapped sea bass. Portions are petite, so hearty appetites will run up a good-size tab. The wine list, smartly crafted and including plenty of by-the-glass choices, complements the food.
