Fodor's Review:
El Raigón. Gauchos -- and beef eaters from everywhere -- will feel right at home in this Argentine steak house, complete with cowhide bar and open wood-beam ceiling. The range-raised beef steaks are expertly charred over a wood and charcoal fire; diners add the traditional chimichurri sauce to taste. Truly serious carnivores will want to start with beef empanadas, grilled chorizo, or blood sausage. Mashed squash and grilled asparagus are good sides, pancakes filled with dulce de leche caramel is a decadent dessert, and the Argentine Malbecs go with everything.
