San Luis Obispo Children's Museum

San Luis Obispo Children's Museum Review

Indoor and outdoor activities at this delightful museum present a kid-friendly version of the city of San Luis Obispo. An "imagination-powered" elevator transports visitors to a series of underground caverns, and simulated lava and steam sputters from an active volcano. Kids can pick rubber fruit at a farmers' market, race in a fire engine to fight a fire, and learn about solar energy from a 15-foot sunflower. The facility is geared to kids under age eight.
