This is the hotel of choice in Claremont for parents visiting children attending the local colleges. Surprisingly spacious rooms are in three Spanish-style buildings surrounding a flower-decked central courtyard, which contains a free-form swimming pool. The best rooms have inviting balconies where you can enjoy an afternoon cocktail overlooking the pool and garden. Decor and appointments are simple; sea grass-colored walls are set off by deep brown upholstery and wood.
