St. Andrew's Abbey

St. Andrew's Abbey Review

This Benedictine monastery occupies 760 acres made lush by natural springs. The Abbey Ceramics studio, established here in 1969, sells handmade tile saints, angels, and plaques designed by Father Maur van Doorslaer, a Belgian monk whose work U.S. and Canadian collectors favor. The entertainment at the abbey's fall festival includes singing nuns and dancing monks.
