Discovery Science Center
Discovery Science Center Review
With a 108-foot tilting architectural cube beckoning from the I-5 freeway, the Discovery Science Center is easy to spot. The hands-on exhibits are for kids from preschool through teens (they especially like the Virtual Volleyball). Children with an interest in dinosaurs will hit the jackpot: there are life-size dinosaur models, a giant walk-through Argentinosaurus, a fossil dig, and online game of Dinosaur Quest. Other fun activities include lying on a bed of nails, climbing a rock wall, and making tidal waves.
