Salmon hash and Plum's famous Dutch baby, a deep-dish skillet-baked pancake, keep the locals coming back to start their days at Oregon transplant Kim Jorgenson's Pacific Northwest-inspired eatery. Coconut French toast and hazelnut pancakes are also popular breakfast picks, especially with kids; lunch and dinner specialties include the Lamburger with feta and couscous and the filet mignon in a Washington cabernet reduction.
