Hotel Denver

Fodor's Review:

Although this hotel was built in 1914, its most striking features are the numerous art deco touches throughout. Most rooms open onto a view of the nearby springs or a three-story New Orleans-style atrium bedecked with colorful canopies. The accommodations are a bit dated, but comfortable, and so quiet it's hard to believe you're only footsteps from the train station. Glenwood's only microbrewery -- the Glenwood Canyon Brewing Company -- is the hotel restaurant. Pros: right downtown, romantic decor, on-site brewpub. Cons: no concierge, no room service.

  • Hotel Details: 72 rooms
  • In-room: kitchen (some), refrigerator (some), DVD (some), Wi-Fi.
  • In-hotel: restaurant, bar, gym, laundry facilities, laundry service, public Wi-Fi, parking (free), some pets allowed, no-smoking rooms.
  • Credit Cards: AE, D, DC, MC, V
