Fodor's Review:
El Chapultepec is a cramped, fluorescent-lighted, bargain-basement Mexican dive. Still, the limos parked outside hint at its enduring popularity: This is where Ol' Blue Eyes used to pop in, and where visiting musicians, including the Marsalis brothers, continue to jam after hours.
