Taxi Travel

Taxis can be costly and difficult to simply flag down as in some major metropolitan areas; instead, you usually must call ahead to arrange for one. Cabs are $2.50 minimum, $1.80-$2.25 per mile depending on the company. However, at peak times—during major events, and at 2 am when the bars close—taxis are very hard to come by.
