There are two dining areas in this restaurant, housed in the historic redbrick Coors building across from the Union Depot. At lunch you can order sandwiches, salads, and other light fare in a room with simple tables, brick walls, and a tin ceiling. For dinner in the more-elegant dining room, try poulet cordon bleu, a spice-rubbed center pork chop with a pomegranate reduction, or a seared bistro steak.
