The Grill
The Grill Review
Run by the Martinez family since 1965, this locals favorite draws a standing-room-only crowd. The service is sometimes slow, but that leaves time for another of the marvelous margaritas. New Mexican cuisine is the specialty here, including dishes with hand-roasted green chiles. In summer you can retreat to the patio and dine with views of the two highest Colorado mountains.
