Frisco Lodge Review

This 1885 stagecoach stop has morphed into a European-style boutique hotel complete with a chalet facade and a garden courtyard. The rooms are cozy, dressed with Victorian wallpaper and trimmed in dark woods. Antique lamps cast a warm glow on the wrought-iron beds draped with beautiful quilts. A delicious buffet breakfast of eggs, sausage, fruit, fresh breads, and Belgian waffles is included as well as afternoon appetizers and wine and cheese.

    Frisco Lodge Review

    We discovered the Frisco Lodge while on a tent camping drip across the southwest. It was too cold and windy to camp so we stopped in this cute little town to find a place to stay. The tourist office suggested the Frisco Lodge right on Main Street. We checked it out and were very impressed with the accommodation, main rooms and all the great extras at a very reasonable rate. There was a very nice wine and cheese selection for “Happy Hour” and then we could bring in our own pizza to eat in the dining room. We spent the evening watching TV in the comfortable living room. The bedroom and bath were clean and very nicely decorated. We had a great sleep – quiet and comfortable. In the morning there was an extraordinary spread of fruit, cereals, waffles, eggs, sausages with a choice of breads and fresh preserves. And most of all the stay was made extremely enjoyable by Brian and Tonya who were wonderful hosts. Highly recommended.

    Welcome Guests

    From our late night arrival throughout our extended stay we were spoiled with the care one would expect from dear friends. Bruce and Susan (and their sweet pup, Cody) made our stay at Frisco Lodge one of the most memorable times we've had away from home.

    We highly recommend the Frisco Lodge to any travelers looking for rejuvenation and true relaxation.
