Camp Robber

Fodor's Review:

The name refers to a native Colorado bird called the Canada jay, famous for stealing food from campsites; you'll want to steal the recipes for hearty Southwestern dishes such as spicy chimayo shrimp and the signature green chile potato soup. Generous portions for reasonable prices make it popular with families and groups, and the servers are friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable.
