The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa at Beaver Creek Mountain Review
This rambling, contemporary resort isn't actually located in Beaver Creek but in the nearby town of Avon, just off the I-70 corridor, so getting up to the ski village requires a free shuttle trip (in winter you can also reach the slopes via a 15-minute ride on the Riverfront Express Gondola). But what this LEED-certified resort lacks in ski-village charm, it makes up for with big, airy rooms, the stunningly serene 23,000-square-foot Spa Anjali, and an outdoor heated lap pool. Celeb chef Richard Sandoval helms the excellent Pan Latin-inspired restaurant, Cima.
